June 7, 2019 — (Wilmington, Delaware) — “Catholic Forum,” the radio program/podcast produced by the Diocese of Wilmington’s Office of Communications has announced upcoming guests and topics. The program airs on Relevant Radio® 640 AM each Saturday morning at 11:00. Elise Cronin and Stephen Hauss will discuss Catholic young adult ministry on the June 8 program. Sam Guzman, author of the new book, “The Catholic Gentleman,” will be the guest on the June 15 program. June 22 marks the beginning of Religious Freedom Week. Hillary Byrnes Director of Religious Liberty at the USCCB will be interviewed on that date. Father Stanislao Esposito, new pastor at St. John the Baptist/Holy Angels Parish in Newark, Delaware will look back at his nine years as pastor at St. Mary Star of the Sea/Holy Savior Parish in Ocean City, Maryland, on the June 29 episode. On the July 6 program, author Trent Horn, will discuss his new book, “Counterfeit Christs: Finding the Real Jesus Among the Imposters.” Kelley Freebury and Toni Ritter will talk about the good works of the Columbiettes on the July 13 program. On July 20, Kathy Prioreschi will discuss the Dementia Caregivers Support Group at St. Jude the Apostle parish in Lewes, Delaware.
Catholic Forum also features a segment titled, “Modern Day Witness,” hosted by Father Rich Jasper, Associate Pastor of St. Ann Church in Wilmington. The segment presents the lives of people whose cause for canonization is under consideration.
