On Monday, September 8, 2008, the Most Reverend W. Francis Malooly was installed as the ninth Bishop of the Diocese of Wilmington.
It was a beautiful day filled with prayer and celebration as over 1,000 people filled St. Elizabeth Church in Wilmington, Delaware to witness Bishop Malooly’s installation.
