POST-CANA has over 200 fun members who come together at least twice per month for dinners, dances and special outings. You may come to 2 events as a guest and then membership is required to attend any future events. 

You Are Not Alone is a grief support group for widowed men and women.

Each Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM, a number of widowed persons gather at Catholic Charities New Castle County office at 2601 W. 4th Street, Wilmington, DE, 19805, to share one another's stories, help one another express "deep feelings," support one another, and in the process become whole again.  If you need the help of time and a non-judgmental, empathetic ear to sufficiently hear and understand, You Are Not Alone provides that ear.
