Human Sexuality Program

• Let's Talk
  • "Let's Talk" is a 2 1/2 hour human sexuality program for 11-12 year old pre-teens and their parents.
  • The focus of "Let's Talk" is on prenatal development, puberty, and parent/child communication. Some time is spent with parents on "special topics," including pornography and the internet, while the pre-teens tour the infant nursery at St. Francis Hospital.
  • Catholic moral values are integrated into the program.
  • Programs are run in the spring and in the fall.

• Let's Keep Talking
• "Let's Keep Talking" is a 2 1/2 hour human sexuality program for 13-14 year old teens and their parents.
• The focus of the program is on chaste relationships and on learning assertive skills so that decisions about sexual behavior are not made as a result of peer pressure, but on the basis of personal conviction.
• Catholic moral values are integrated into the program.
